Warranty:

• All Widya products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective within this time period, Widya will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any other cause not related to a manufacturing defect.

Disputes:

• These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of the Site or purchase of Widya products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Widya is headquartered.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or purchase of Widya products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
